Orders
can be placed using the Order
Form or by E-mail.
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an Order
Confirmation E-mail which will include delivery costs
(if applicable). Items are then dispatched once payment
is complete. |
| Pricing |
| Prices
are displayed in Australian Dollars. Our T-Shirts are
all one price ($25 each) regardless of size, design or
colour. |
| Payments |
| Our
preferred method of payment is Direct Bank Deposit. Bank
Details will be advised on your Order Confirmation Email.

should you require an alternative payment method. |
| Refunds |
| We
are happy to exchange your purchase, but do not offer
refunds. Please check your Order Confirmation Email carefully
to ensure your order is correct prior to payment. |
| Exchanges |
| We
offer a 14 day exchange period where your purchase can
be exchanged for a different size, colour or design. Items
must be returned in perfect condition; unworn / unused
for an exchange to be warranted. Any delivery costs incurred
for the return of goods are the sole responsibility of
the purchaser. Please Contact
Us prior to the return of purchases for further information
and instructions. |
| Damaged
Goods |
| On
the very rare occasion your purchase is damaged during
transit, please notify us as soon possible to organise
a replacement. Exchanges in these rare cases are made
at our own discretion. |
| Lost
Orders |
| Please
ensure that when placing an order, the delivery address
is correct. It is your obligation, as the customer, to
enter the correct address information at the time of ordering.
We will not be held responsible for an incorrect address
and will not be held liable for redelivery to the correct
address. Please notify us if you do not receive your order
after the specified delivery time so we can track your
order. In the rare event your order has been lost, we
will contact you to organise the best possible solution
for you. |
| Order
Cancellations |
| Order
cancellations must be made known to us via email or phone
within 48 hours after date of order confirmation. An order
cannot be cancelled once it has been dispatched. |
| Product
Availability |
| All
designs, T-Shirt colours and sizes are available for immediate
dispatch. Should an item not be in our current stock,
you will be notified immediately of its availability time
and your order will be placed on back-order unless instructed
otherwise. |
| Web
Site Images |
| Although
the greatest care in preparation of the web site images
has been taken, some variation in colour and shade accuracy
may occur. This depends upon your computer's operating
system, system setup, and screen. This may be more apparent
on older style screens. |
